Younit Los Angeles uses UPS to ship out all orders; UPS provides the shipping costs. You have seven days from your receipt of any order shipped or ready to b e shipped to cancel the order based on shipping costs or order variance. All items must be returned with unopen ed boxes and in their original packaging. If you pass the seven-day window, you will be solely responsible for all re turn shipping costs. Limited Buying Period All orders on Younit Los Angeles have a certain buying period. Younit Lo s Angeles determines this buying period. The concept of limited buying allows you to get your hands on merchandis e before anyone else. After the buying period is closed, we share the sales information with the corresponding vendors to fulfill orders. After the buying period closes, you have the opportunity to be notified if we put the ite ms back in stock. This limited buying period applies only to products you see in Younit Los Angeles. Younit Los Angel es does not have an affiliation with any other companies that might sell the same merchandise. Pre Sale Method Younit Los Angeles follows a pre-sale method, meaning items marked as “E xclusively Sold On Younit” are not in stock. Once the collection’s buying period has ended, the vendors will p roduce the items. You can view the buying period on the collection page. The production time of these items can va ry. Younit Los Angeles is not responsible for the production time. The vendors set the production time. Younit Los Ang eles will post the estimated production time in the product description for you to view. Younit Los Angeles, responsi bility is to notify you once the items have shipped. If there is an instance in which production will take longer th an the scheduled time, Younit Los Angeles will inform you via message or email. You have the opportunity to either move forward with the order or cancel. You have up to seven days to cancel the order based on a difference in produ ction time. After those seven days, you might get charged a cancellation fee. Shipping Younit Los Angeles is in charge of shipping out all the orders. All ship ping is through UPS. Private Labeling If you decide to participate in Younit Los Angeles private labeling serv ice, you agree to the following. The turnaround time to process your order will be 3-7 business days on top of the produ ction time. Younit Los Angeles will contact you if there is a possibility of a longer production time. When you sele ct “Add my brand” on Younit Los Angeles website, you allow Younit Los Angeles to unpack your merchandise and add your labels. Younit Los Angeles is not responsible for any damages, stains, or issues with the merchandise rega rding production. You will have to resolve those issues with the Vendor. You agree not to hold Younit Los Angeles l iable for any problems that have to do with production or anything that could’ve happened before getting to our faci lity. You also acknowledge that whatever return you want to make needs to fall into the Vendor’s return policy. How does consolidated shipping for Younit Los Angeles Wholesale work? Please allow 2-3 business days after production time for Vendors to drop off items to Younit Los Angeles. We will message or email you if we anticipate a longer lead time. After you have placed your order, you should receive a confirmation email. If you don’ see the email, please check your spam fo lder. Younit Los Angeles will send your tracking information and tracking number to the registered email. Consol idated shipping only ships within the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Sometimes your hot new item has already been made. Shopping ethically is now easier than ever. Trade Policy You must send the merchandise 48 hours after receiving the shipping labe l. The merchandise you are trading should not be damaged or incomplete. If there are any issues with the merchandise, you must advise that in th e product description. Merchandise can’t be previously worn. You cant trade customer returns. If you go past the time fr ame, Younit Los Angeles will subject you to canceling your order and a nonrefundable shipping charge. You agree to be subjected to a penalty if you do not ship the traded merchandise within 72 hours. If you’ve enrolled in our branding services, you can request the trader to send the merchandise to Younit Los Angeles. Younit Los Angeles will replace the current labels with your br and and send it back to you. Younit Los Angeles is not responsible for any missing or damaged merchandise that t he trader has sent over. You and the trader will deal with any issues regarding the merchandise.
